Shipping within Australia

Free shipping: Eligible Australian orders of $75 or more qualify for free delivery.

For orders below that amount, standard and express delivery options may be available. The shipping methods and charges for your address are calculated at checkout, where you can review the total before paying.

Order processing, dispatch and delivery times can vary by product, destination and carrier. Express shipping options do not necessarily mean same-day delivery.

International delivery

International shipping may be available for selected destinations. Enter your address at checkout to see whether delivery is offered and what it costs. Duties, taxes or other import charges may apply depending on your destination.

Returns and exchanges

Want to return an item or received something unexpected? Please review our current Returns & Refunds Policy and contact us with your order details. Any change-of-mind return is subject to the applicable policy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

Damaged or faulty items

If something isn't right with your order, please email contact@tenderstrands.com. Include your order number, a short description of the issue and a photo if it's useful. We'll work with you on the next steps.

Order changes and delivery questions

Need to change a detail or have a delivery question? Contact us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes after an order has been processed or dispatched, but we'll help where we can.
