Hi, I’m Valerie—a passionate mum and seasoned hairdresser with over 15 years in the industry. Tender Strands began one afternoon as I gently combed my daughter’s tangly, post-swim hair. The tears, the frustration—we both felt it. I knew there had to be a kinder, gentler way. So, I got to work designing tools that treat both hair and hearts with care.
